Purpose of the role
To operate Stoll machines according to production plans and specifications to deliver high quality products and meet customer demands.
Full Training Provided.
The day to day
To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
Produce products to the agreed specification by following processes
Quality checking to ensure a quality product is knitted and delivered to the customer
Maintain Stoll machines to in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth running operation and efficiency of the machine
Ensure a smooth shift handover by attending daily meetings
Change over machines to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing process
Other Considerations
Data Input required
Previous experience, or an understanding of, continuous improvement initiatives
Experience within a production environment and/or machine operator role would be beneficial
Methodical approach
Shift Pattern
Two positions operate on a permanent night shift pattern (10:00pm to 6:00am).
One position operates on a rotating double-day shift pattern: Week 1: 6:00am to 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
