You will gain invaluable experience across various key stages, deliver targeted intervention groups, and cover planned lessons across the curriculum.
Key
Responsibilities: ??
Whole class cover: Deliver pre - planned lessons for absent teachers, mamanging classroom behaviour and ensuring continuity of learning ??
Targeted
Interventions: Lead small group sessions in core subjects (Maths and Literacy) to accelerate pupil progress ??
PPA cover: Provide planning, Prep, and Assessment (PPA) cover giving you real teaching experience while allowing you to learn from experienced staff What we are looking for: ?
Qualfied Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised HLTA qualification ?
Confident and adaptable classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills ?
Up to date knowledge of the Primary curriculum ?
