Quest Employment is currently recruiting! We are looking for skilled HLOP Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking consistent afternoon shifts and the chance to secure a long-term role.
The Role
- Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) in a safe and controlled manner
- Picking, replenishing, and relocating stock within the warehouse
- Ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
- Complying with all health and safety guidelines, including working at height
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating an HLOP
- Valid HLOP licence or recognised MHE qualification
- Confidence working at height with appropriate safety equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
- Flexible approach to supporting wider warehouse tasks
- Own transport is highly desirable due to limited public transport and site location
