With ambitious growth plans, a new ERP implementation on the horizon and an experienced Group Finance Director driving positive change, they're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a position.

This is a broad, commercially focused Senior Management Accountant role where you'll become a trusted member of the finance leadership team, taking ownership of key reporting processes while helping to improve systems, controls and the way finance supports the wider business.

The Role Working closely with the Group Finance Director, you'll take responsibility for producing accurate and insightful financial information across multiple entities while supporting a range of finance improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include: Producing monthly management accounts and leading month end activities Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls Supporting statutory reporting, audit and VAT compliance Providing meaningful financial analysis to support business decisions Assisting with cashflow reporting and working capital management Supporting the implementation of Microsoft Business Central Helping develop finance processes and mentoring junior members of the team We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong management accounting experience and excellent Excel skills.

You'll be naturally curious, keen to improve processes and comfortable working in a fast moving commercial environment.

Previous exposure to ERP projects, Power BI or multi entity businesses would be beneficial but isn't essential.
