Pay: £12.71 - £13.33 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role WINNER Recruitment is looking for an experienced, organised, and results-driven Temporary On-Site Recruiter to join our busy team based in Hinckley (LE10 3FF).
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Flexibility is essential, as working hours may need to be adjusted to meet the demands of the business.
Key Responsibilities Organising and conducting candidate inductions.
Gathering and processing worker registration packs.
Creating and maintaining accurate worker profiles.
Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks.
Ensuring all worker documentation meets legal and compliance requirements.
Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records.
Liaising with candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Supporting the on-site team with daily recruitment activities.
Managing a high volume of administration accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring all processes are completed in line with company policies and current legislation.
What We're Looking For Previous recruitment or on-site recruitment experience is essential.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
