We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a new AD Plant project in Leicestershire.

This is a great opportunity for a Labourer looking for long-term, consistent work on a major construction project.

You will work as part of an experienced site team, supporting trades, groundworkers and plant operators to ensure the project runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out general labouring duties across the site.

Assisting groundworkers and other trades with day-to-day tasks.

Moving and handling materials, tools and equipment.

Loading and unloading deliveries safely.

Assisting with site preparation and maintaining work areas.

Helping with basic groundwork activities, including digging, filling and preparation.

Assisting with drainage, foundations and concrete works where required.

Keeping work areas, access routes and site facilities clean and tidy.

Supporting plant operators and other site personnel when required.

Assisting with the safe movement of materials around site.

Following instructions from Site Supervisors and Site Management.

Working in accordance with site RAMS and health & safety procedures.

Ensuring PPE is worn correctly at all times.

Reporting any hazards, defects or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.

Carrying out any other reasonable duties required to support the project.

Requirements / Cards Valid CSCS Previous construction site experience is desirable.

Full PPE.

Right to work in the UK.

Good understanding of site health & safety.

Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
