The Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs. We are on a busy street, very close to the town centre, local amenities and public transport links.

What you'll be doing
Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service. In this role, youll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by: Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
