The role of an
Unqualified
Teacher: As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll pay a key role in maintaining classroom continuity during teacher absences.
Your responsibilities will include: Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks.
Manging classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance.
Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
Collecting and handing in completed work to the Head of Department.

You: To succeed in this role, you'll need: An undergraduate degree in a subject area such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science.
