We are recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Sales Account Administrator for 6 months to join a successful international business supporting the EMEA sales team.

This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the smooth administration of sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the end-to-end order management process.

Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, and international colleagues across the UK, USA, Italy, and Germany, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, maintaining CRM records, producing reports, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Support the EMEA Sales Team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Process customer orders accurately and manage order progress through Salesforce and associated systems.

Create and maintain MOCTs within Agile and issue order acknowledgements to customers.

Maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, and campaign records within Salesforce.

Liaise with Logistics and Operations teams to communicate shipping updates, tracking details, and delivery schedules.

Generate Salesforce reports and provide sales pipeline updates.

Handle RMAs, warranty orders, concessions, and order amendments.

Set up and maintain customer accounts.

Complete supplier onboarding and setup documentation.

Prepare basic quotations and provide lead-time information to customers.

Coordinate with Service teams regarding service-related orders and customer requirements.

Manage customer documentation, contracts, tenders, and transactional records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support credit control activities, including customer credit checks and follow-up of overdue payments.

Review customer purchase order terms and conditions, including those received in multiple European languages.

About You
Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, Account Administration, or Office Support role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Confidence in communicating with internal stakeholders, customers, and sales teams.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong team ethic.

The ability to work successfully under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative support role.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.

Experience working with ERP systems such as IFS, Agile, SAP, Oracle, or similar would be beneficial.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A-Level, NVQ, or equivalent qualification preferred.
