We’re looking for a Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant to join our hybrid team in Aylesbury. This role suits people with 1-2 years experience in recruitment or a fast-paced environment, strong sales or customer instincts, or a background in sport where drive, resilience, and communication matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing candidates
  • Engaging, qualifying, and building rapport with candidates across technical markets
  • Booking interviews and progressing candidates through the recruitment process
  • Managing and updating candidate information accurately on CRM systems
  • Working towards daily and weekly activity targets with clear performance metrics
  • Supporting consultants by delivering high-quality, consistent candidate pipelines

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years experience in a busy, target-driven environment (sales, recruitment, customer contact, telesales, hospitality, sports, graduate schemes, or similar)
  • Confident picking up the phone and speaking to new people all day
  • Competitive mindset, you enjoy targets, KPIs, and improving performance
  • Clear communicator with energy, resilience, and professionalism
  • Organised, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career
  • Sporting background welcomed, teamwork, discipline, and drive are highly valued
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
