The Role
We are looking for a Process Support Specialist to support our production and engineering teams with process improvement, standardisation and performance. You will help ensure processes are clearly documented, equipment settings meet standards, and performance data is used to identify and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update SOPs, work instructions and Single Point Lessons.
- Support production and engineering with machine settings and process standards.
- Collect, organise and analyse production data.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, throughput, downtime and customer complaints.
- Audit equipment and processes against required standards.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and performance gaps.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Help improve quality, productivity, safety and hygiene.
- Work with different teams to maintain company standards.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related subject.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
