We're looking for a driven Finance Business Partner - Sales and Marketing to join our Retail division, supporting Sales & Marketing performance through financial insight and data-driven analysis. This is a high-impact, analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for Sales
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance insights
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare board-level reporting and analysis
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to influence decisions
  • Analyse pricing, discounts, and sales performance trends
  • Support commercial projects and change initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics

What We're Looking For

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close to being qualified)
  • Strong experience in FP&A, data analysis, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
  • Ability to turn data into clear commercial insight
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
