All About Care are looking to recruit full and part time Care Assistants to join our teams, duties will include; To be responsible principally for residents' care needs and to provide health supervision and attention through direct observations, deliver personal care with their individual needs and promote good practice.

To receive daily instruction regarding the care and support requirements of residents throughout the day.

Ensure regular checks are carried out and accurate detailed records are maintained using our digital care planning system PCS.

To assist and oversee residents who need help with dressing, undressing, bathing and continence support throughout the day.

Additionally assist those with mobility issues, physical disabilities and help in the use of care aids and equipment Assist with meals and snacks as required, ensuring individual dietary requirements are followed.

To record and document on the PCS adequate records of client care and support, ensuring assessments, care plans and risk assessments are followed.

Follow all policies and procedures particularly the safe administration of medicines using our e MAR platform Med e Care.

Regularly update Senior and management teams of changes to client needs.

Making management aware of any relevant updates that are required on IT equipment.

Maintain the safe use of IT equipment, that devices are charged and fully operational and ensure their safe use to prevent damage.

Keep passwords private and not shared, ensure you log out after each use of any devices.
