This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a busy legal environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Working within a specialist Residential Property team, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout the conveyancing process.
Key
Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Audio typing legal correspondence and documentation.
Preparing legal documents, letters and completion paperwork.
Managing diaries, appointments and file administration.
Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate client records.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently.
Assisting with general office administration as required.
