Trekinetic design and build ultra lightweight all-terrain wheelchairs which are sold all around the world. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our growing production team and help us build, service and repair Trekinetic wheelchairs.

A solid mechanical background and confidence working with both manual and powered workshop tooling is essential. The ideal candidate will be practical, methodical, and quality-focused, as well as reliable and punctual, with experience working as part of a small team.

Mechanical assembly experience is essential. Full on-site training will be provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position (Mon-Fri, 9-5:30pm) based on-site at our Hemel Hempstead workshop. We are looking for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance (ideally within a 45-minute drive). We are not able to offer relocation support, so please only apply if you can realistically commute daily.

What we offer:

  • £27,000 - £28,500 per year (starting salary) depending on experience.
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays - plus 1 extra day for each year worked, up to a maximum of 5 extra days.
