This is a full-time, on-site role. You will join a strong, collaborative team in a modern, well-maintained facility, producing high-precision components for the Aerospace sector. The work involves small to medium batch production with medium to high complexity. Your main responsibility will be setting and operating CNC grinding machines (Studer) to ensure machining processes are optimised for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.

CNC Grinder - Key responsibilities

  • Set, operate, and manage CNC grinding equipment (Studer)
  • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as required
  • Perform in-process quality checks to tight aerospace tolerances
  • Interpret engineering drawings with precision
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to production standards

CNC Grinder - Experience and skills required

  • Experience setting and operating Studer CNC Grinders and manual machines
