Pay rate: £15.67 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you hands-on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for a Grounds Person to join our team and help ensure our outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard, remaining clean, safe and well-presented all year round.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs and flower beds
Carrying out grass cutting, weeding and litter picking duties
Operating grounds maintenance tools and machinery safely
Supporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting and snow clearing
Working to high standards while following health & safety requirements at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)
A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime and winter on-call duties
