Venue Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management across retail or sales environments. Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of customer service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organisational policies
Manage merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities
Develop and implement sales management plans to meet or exceed targets
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance through regular feedback
Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and senior management to facilitate organisational objectives
Handle administrative duties such as reporting, stock control, and maintaining accurate records
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies at all times
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale
Skills
Leadership and managerial skills, with at least 3-5 years experience supervising teams within retail or hospitality and handling on-site operations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in merchandising techniques, sales management, and organisational planning
Sound administrative experience with good time management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated organisational skills in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
