HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE ASSESSOR (Level 5) £32,000 - £34,000 As a Health & Social Care Assessor , you'll play a key role within the Learning & Development team, helping care and support professionals build their skills, confidence and careers by achieving their Level 35 Health & Social Care qualifications .

Through expert assessment and guidance, you'll ensure every learner receives a high-quality, engaging, and rewarding development experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES As a Health & Social Care Assessor your key duties will include: Support a caseload of learners across Cornwall, meeting with them on a regular basis to support and evidence their learning.

Assess whether learner evidence meets the required standards for the qualification and unit criteria.

Attend regular meetings at head office to collaborate with the national team and ensure standardisation.

Continue your own professional development to retain competency in assessing Health and Social care qualifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To be considered for the role of Health & Social Care Assessor, you must have: A Level 3 Assessor qualification - D32, D33, TAQA L3 or equivalent.

A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Hands on experience within care at managerial level, handling complaints, preparing for CQC etc.

A full UK driving licence.
