An established and rapidly growing manufacturing business is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of Warehouse, Procurement & Supply Chain to lead and optimise its end-to-end supply chain operations.

Forming part of the Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership across warehouse, procurement and supply chain functions, ensuring operational excellence while supporting ambitious business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational delivery, driving continuous improvement, developing high-performing teams and delivering supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire warehouse, procurement and supply chain teams, creating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships and support business growth and sustainability objectives.
  • Drive operational improvements, including the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), process optimisation and KPI performance across inventory, supplier performance and OTIF.
  • Build strong supplier partnerships across the UK and Europe, managing risk, negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Manage supply chain budgets, monitor financial performance and contribute to strategic business decisions as a key member of the Senior Management Team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience within warehouse, procurement and supply chain management, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong strategic and operational capability with a track record of delivering continuous improvement and leading business change.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, procurement activities and logistics across UK and European supply chains.
  • Strong commercial, financial and project management skills, with experience using ERP systems (SAGE 200 preferred, although SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar will be considered).
  • Degree qualified in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (or equivalent), with excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
