With a strong heritage, trusted reputation and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing & PR to help write our next chapter. Whether you're already an experienced Head of Marketing or an ambitious senior marketing leader ready for a career-defining step up, we're looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking, strategic leadership and creative excellence to drive growth and build brand presence. Based at our beautiful Dorset headquarters, you'll have the autonomy, support and visibility to make your mark. This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about building what comes next.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you'll lead the development and delivery of Agincare's Marketing & PR Strategy, ensuring every campaign, communication and investment supports our commercial, operational and growth ambitions. Working closely with Executive, commercial and operational leaders, you'll drive enquiries, occupancy, reputation and brand awareness, while helping position Agincare for long-term success. You'll lead the agenda across marketing, communications and PR, seeing the direct impact of your work across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving Growth
- Developing and delivering Agincare's Group Marketing & PR Strategy.
- Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and marketing automation.
- Driving enquiry generation, customer acquisition and conversion performance.
- Managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners to maximise return on investment.
- Building the Brand
- Leading PR, media relations, reputation management and stakeholder communications.
- Driving awards, events, partnerships and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensuring Agincare's voice is trusted, consistent and impactful across all audiences.
- Leading with Insight
- Using data, customer insight and analytics to drive performance and improve decision-making.
- Developing meaningful KPIs, reporting and performance dashboards focused on outcomes and ROI.
- Inspiring a Team
- Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing Marketing & PR team.
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
You're a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on challenge, sees opportunity where others see complexity and is as comfortable discussing strategy in the boardroom as reviewing campaign performance. You'll bring:
- Significant marketing leadership experience within a multi-site, service-led organisation.
- A proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Expertise in lead generation, customer journeys, digital marketing, campaign performance and analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience leading and developing successful teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to influence Executive and Board-level leaders.
- Experience within care, healthcare or another regulated sector would be advantageous, but what matters most is your ability to think strategically, lead effectively and deliver results.
Join Agincare. Lead the story. Drive the growth. Shape the future.
