A growing regional transport hub is investing heavily in colleague development, with genuine pathways from entry-level into senior leadership. A key employer in the local community, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion.

You'll be directly accountable for all revenue streams across the site — including rail, car parking, taxi concessions, and food & beverage/retail outlets — with a clear mandate to improve EBITDA across these functions. You'll support future planning and phased development, from capacity and demand through to product strategy, category management, and revenue protection. This role requires a minimum of 4 days per week on site.

Day to day, you will:

  • Work with Commercial Finance Analysts to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable EBITDA improvements
  • Support budget preparation with insight on performance assumptions
  • Own pricing elasticity strategy across all non-transport revenue streams
  • Monitor performance across non-transport areas, flagging risk and opportunity
  • Conduct regular market research to keep the product/service offer aligned to EBITDA goals
  • Manage existing concession contracts and support competitive contract negotiations for future growth

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial operation, with a track record in revenue optimisation and procurement
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrable success driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, procurement tools, market benchmarking, and digital integration platforms
  • Experience with API-integrated platforms in a commercial setting
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential
