FM Conway is currently looking to recruit a Plant Fitter to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division.

You will play a key role in ensuring all required maintenance duties are carried out efficiently, including preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and executing mechanical repairs, fabrication, welding and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

This full-time permanent role will be based at our Heathrow depot, working on a four-on-four off rota.

The duties of the Plant Fitter will include: Being a part of our maintenance team, on an alternating day and night shifts Ensuring all plant and other defects are reported correctly and timely Confirming the plant is complying with ISO 19001 quality standards Complying with company health, safety, and environmental policy, highlighting any issues appropriately Undertaking other duties and any ad hoc projects as required by the business What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Fitter and have experience in Mechanical repair skills also burning, welding and fabrication skills will be needed.
