Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | 4 on 4 off Days | £50,000 Southall, London £50,000 + Bonus

A leading manufacturer based near Southall is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team following an internal promotion.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-invested site offering long-term stability, modern production equipment and genuine career progression.

Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Reactive breakdown repairs
  • Continuous improvement activities
  • Supporting production performance and machine reliability
  • Maintaining health and safety standards across the site
  • You'll be working on equipment including flow wrappers, weighers, tray sealers and cartoners.

About You

  • Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or automated production environments
  • Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Proactive approach with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
