We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her private residence. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care in a calm, nurturing environment where your presence truly matters.
You will play a key role in supporting her physical wellbeing, fostering a safe space that promotes dignity and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality personal care.
- Foster a warm, engaging environment through care and support.
- Support evening routines, including quiet activities such as reading or watching films with the client.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during your shift.
- Maintain professional boundaries while building trusted rapport.
Note: Indoor footwear is required while on shift.
Schedule & Flexibility:- 12-hour day shifts: 9 AM - 9 PM.
- Monthly scheduling: You set your availability, and we will work around you.
