As a Service & Logistics Technician , you'll play a key role in ensuring equipment is cleaned, serviced and prepared for customers quickly and safely.
This varied role combines workshop, warehouse and customer-facing duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and no two days being the same.
Key Responsibilities Clean and decontaminate returned equipment in line with company procedures.
Launder equipment covers and maintain high hygiene standards.
Inspect equipment, identify faults and carry out basic servicing and repairs.
Prepare equipment for safe reissue to customers.
Complete deliveries and collections as required.
Support time-critical customer service response requirements.
Install equipment at customer sites while representing the business professionally.
Assist with stock control, picking and general warehouse duties while maintaining accurate records.
Skills & Experience Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in servicing, maintenance or a similar environment is desirable.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider operations team.
Ability to work across workshop, warehouse and customer locations.
