Customer Service Coordinator Havant Temporary - until 24th December 2026
START DATE 24TH AUGUST
Do you have good computer skills, confident of the telephone and enjoy providing an excellent customer service? If you are available to start a new role next week and can commit till the end of December 2026 this role could be good for you! You will be working in a team that provide both repairs and maintenance services for planned and reactive works.
Duties
Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with internal and external customers on the telephone and email
Raise and prepare Work Orders containing accurate information for technicians to visit customers properties.
Communicate with colleagues in the wider team to help maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers.
Log all written and telephone contacts correctly and in a timely manner on the CRM system.
Demonstrate and promote collaborative working.

Working Hours
Full time in office 38 hours per week
08.00 – 16.30 Mon-Thurs
08.15 – 16.00 Friday
Pay rate £13.39
