People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join our well-established client based in Havant. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing, full-time work with excellent earning potential, good hours, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Category C1 Driver, Truck Driver or Lorry Driver.
Rates of Pay:
- £14.17 per hour basic rate
- £21.66 per hour overtime rate
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 7.00am or 11.00am starts
- Must be available for both start times

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Safely operating a 7.5 Tonne vehicle to complete multi-drop deliveries
- Loading and unloading boxes and packages for onward delivery
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or issues
- Ensuring all loads are secured correctly and transported safely
- Maintaining accurate delivery and compliance records
- Communicating effectively with depot and delivery teams
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category C1 Licence
- Minimum 24 months' experience driving C1 vehicles
- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD or CD codes)
- Good communication and English language skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Understanding of traffic laws and road safety
Training:
- Vehicle safety and compliance training provided
- Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
