Holy Cross Hospital is a registered Charity, owned by the Congregation of the daughters of the Cross.
Our expertise is in the provision of neurorehabilitation for our patients.
We presently have 42 in-patient beds and provide outpatient physiotherapy for the local community.
About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our busy HR team on a part-time basis.
Working 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and is looking to develop their career within Human Resources.
About you:
To be successful you will have previous administration experience, be confident managing a varied workload in a fast-paced setting.
With excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, you will be able to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and records are maintained accurately.
You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable dealing with colleagues and external contacts in a professional and approachable manner.
As this role involves handling sensitive employee information, the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times is essential.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
Experience of working with HR systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
You will be capable of working independently and using your own initiative, whilst also being a reliable and supportive member of the wider HR team.
A positive attitude, customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in Human Resources are important qualities for this role.
