The Role
Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive hands-on training from experienced senior mentors and become an expert within the education recruitment sector.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates using multiple recruitment tools
Writing and advertising job vacancies
Headhunting high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards
Conducting candidate interviews and registration meetings
Building strong relationships with schools and hiring managers
Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement
Generating leads and winning new business opportunities
Using CRM systems to manage candidates and client activity
Achieving weekly and monthly targets
Building your own market presence and personal brand
