Are you an ambitious Lettings Manager looking to join a respected independent agency where service, reputation and relationships are at the heart of the business?
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a successful lettings department within a long-established agency known for delivering a tailored, high-quality service.
Working closely with the Directors, you'll have the autonomy to drive the department forward, grow the portfolio and lead a motivated team in a business that genuinely values expertise and customer care.
The Role Lead the day-to-day running of the lettings department.
Manage the full lettings process from valuation through to move-in.
Carry out rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions.
Build and develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants and investors.
Coach, motivate and develop the lettings team to achieve targets.
Maximise portfolio performance and occupancy levels.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms.
Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation.
Act as the senior point of contact for complex tenancy matters.
Work alongside the Directors to identify new business opportunities and support the continued growth of the business.
About You Previous experience in a senior lettings role.
Proven ability to win new business and grow a lettings portfolio.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercially minded with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation.
Full UK driving licence.
ARLA qualification would be advantageous.
