We Are Teva. We're Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it's innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we're dedicated to addressing patients' needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

As the Network Strategy Insights Director in Teva Global Operations, you'll lead the analytics and data agenda that underpins high-quality network and product strategy decisions. Joining the Global Network & Product Strategy (GNPS) team, you'll manage a small, high-performing team of two Analytics and Data Analysts, turning complex operational, portfolio, financial, and supply datasets into robust analytical tools and, critically, into compelling data stories that shape senior leadership decisions and support Teva's "Pivot to Growth" strategy.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep analytical craft - Python, advanced analytics, Power BI, Qlik, and automated data flows - with the ability to tell a clear, persuasive story and engage stakeholders around it. You'll set direction and standards for the team, own the relationship with senior stakeholders across GNPS, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Portfolio, and Sites, and translate the most important and complex datasets into insight, narrative, and recommendations that drive strategic action across the network.

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and develop a team of two Analytics and Data Analysts - setting priorities, coaching technical and storytelling skills, managing workload and delivery, and building a high-performing, sustainable analytics capability for GNPS.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement & Data Storytelling: Act as the trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling data stories and executive-ready narratives that influence network, product, and operational strategy decisions.
  • Analytics & Data Strategy Ownership: Own and shape the analytics and data agenda for TGO network strategy and broader strategy team - defining priorities, standards, and roadmaps, and ensuring the team's outputs are aligned to the most important business questions and decisions.
  • Advanced Analytics & Technical Delivery: Maintain strong hands-on expertise in Python, advanced analytics, and structured modelling to manipulate large datasets, test scenarios, validate outputs, and set the technical standard for the team's analytical work.
  • Visualisation & Reporting (Power BI & Qlik): Direct the design and delivery of insightful, user-friendly Power BI and Qlik dashboards and reports that translate complex network, product, operational, and financial data into clear business insight and story.
  • Automated Data Flows & Architecture: Oversee the build and maintenance of automated data flows and pipelines between Teva data sources, ensuring data is connected, refreshed, reliable, and structured for repeatable analysis and reporting.
  • AI Deployment & Business Adoption: Lead the deployment of AI-enabled analytics across GNPS, including practical use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, identifying use cases, engaging stakeholders, and embedding AI into sustainable ways of working.
  • Supply Chain Network Strategy: Direct analysis of utilisation, capacity, cost, and performance data across the manufacturing and supply network, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and strategic decision-making.
  • Data Quality, Governance & Standards: Champion data quality, definitions, traceability, and governance - working with data owners and stakeholders to resolve gaps and inconsistencies and clearly communicate their business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Build strong relationships and influence across GNPS, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Portfolio, Sites, and other data teams to align data definitions, share best practice, and deliver high-quality analytical outputs.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • Proven experience leading and developing analysts or a small analytics/data team, setting direction, standards, and priorities in a complex, global environment.
  • Strong hands-on capability in Python and advanced analytics, with a track record of manipulating large, complex datasets and turning them into robust, decision-ready outputs.
  • Strong Power BI and Qlik capability, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard design, report optimisation, and clear visual storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, structured modelling, data validation, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience building data pipelines, automated data flows, APIs, cloud-based solutions, or AWS-enabled automation would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience deploying and driving business change through AI solutions, including practical application of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, identifying use cases, supporting adoption, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Exceptional data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build a narrative around data and influence senior, executive audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to data quality, data integrity, assumptions, and evidence-based recommendations.
