General Duties
Carrying out minor building repairs
Basic carpentry (repairing doors, fitting skirting, boxing-in, installing shelves)
Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, replacing taps, unblocking drains)
Basic electrical tasks (only if qualified), such as changing light fittings or sockets
Painting and decorating
Plaster patch repairs
Tiling repairs
Silicone sealing and caulking
