My client is a professional and established fleet management specialist with a friendly and supportive working environment based in Hampton.
They are currently seeking an experienced and organised Accident Management Executive to join their friendly Operations team.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the administration within the Accident Management department is completed accurately, within agreed timescales and in accordance with work instructions and departmental processes.
To record accident damage details in the companys Accident Management system.
To ensure claim details are recorded accurately by the Client Management department, chasing any missing information.
To notify insurer(s) of claim details and instruct body shop to arrange estimate.
To proactively manage the bodyshops to progress the vehicle throughout the repair, providing updates to clients and management.
To process accident claims according to clients procedures ensuring relevant documentation is sent to the insurance company and any relevant parties.
To process accident repair invoices for payment, ensuring that the amount invoiced on each claim matches the authority.
Compile reports as and when required.
General admins tasks such as invoicing The ideal candidate will have some administration experience, preferably from an accident management or insurance background.
You will also have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service whilst managing expectations and manage your time effectively.
You must be able to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure and be highly proficient in MS Office.
It is also important that you are highly professional with excellent self-presentation standards and strong communication skills.
