The business delivers commercial, retail, education, residential and industrial projects, typically up to £2.5 million.
The Role You will combine project delivery, client management and business development, including:
Managing projects from acquisition through to completion
Leading new-build, refurbishment and extension schemes
Coordinating consultant teams
Managing key client relationships
Winning new work and developing income streams
Supporting the future growth of the business
What Were Looking For MRICS, or close to achieving chartered status
Associate or Associate Director-level experience
Strong private-sector project experience
Proven client development and business-winning ability
Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills
A strong network within the Yorkshire market would be an advantage
