About the role:
As a Team Member at KP Snacks, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that keeps our household-favourite snacks flowing from line to shelf. Working on a fast-moving production line, you’ll help make sure our products are made safely, to the right quality and on time. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail and pride in what you do really matter. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our equipment, improving how we work and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture. What will you be doing?
- Running production equipment: Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe
- Protecting quality and standards: Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets KP Snacks standards
- Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL): Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions
- Finding and fixing defects: Identify, log and help resolve equipment defects, track losses and contribute to defect lists and shift action plans
- Supporting continuous improvement: Maintain 5S standards, support basic maintenance and changeovers, contribute ideas, and help new starters or agency colleagues feel part of the team
