This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.
In this role, you'll:
- Process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.
- Work with colleagues across departments to assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres.
- Share feedback to help improve recruitment processes.
This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. You'll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency, taking ownership of your work and actively developing your skills within a supportive team.
