Location: Grimsby Office (training period), then Home Based

Hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility available for the right candidate; however, the start time cannot be before 9:00am)

Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Manpower are looking for a motivated and organised Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, administration, customer service, or resourcing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The role will initially require attendance in our Grimsby office for approximately 2 weeks of training, after which the position will become home-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls
  • Format applications ready for client submission
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Conduct new starter briefings
  • Identify and engage suitable candidates through targeted CV searches

About You

  • Has excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Is confident speaking with candidates and building rapport
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Can work independently from home following training
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
