Manpower is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team in Grimsby. As part of our best-performing branch, you'll work on a busy, high-volume desk supporting established clients across the driving, logistics and manufacturing sectors, while also having opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing an established temporary recruitment desk, supporting major clients within the port, logistics, automotive and manufacturing sectors. You'll work closely with clients and associates to ensure workforce requirements are met, shifts are filled, and service levels remain exceptional.

While there is an element of sales and business development, this role offers a strong delivery focus, allowing you to generate significant revenue through an active desk and established client base. For ambitious recruiters, there is excellent earning potential and future progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy temporary recruitment desk across driving, logistics and manufacturing sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Coordinate workforce planning and fill shifts for a high-volume temporary workforce
  • Source, screen, interview and place candidates
  • Conduct inductions and ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Visit clients and support on-site recruitment activities
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and associates
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business
  • Work towards individual and team targets within a fast-paced environment
