Core Responsibilities:
Customer Services be the contact point for customers
Create bookings in our internal software
Process booking and liaise with operations to ensure theyve been received
Following up on any queries with customers
Liaising with customers regarding shipments and collections
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Logistics/Freight experience (preferred but no essential)
Customer focused and determination to deliver an excellent level of service
Good communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Be confident and approachable
IT literate with an eye for detail

Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 hours
