We're recruiting for a Transfer Pricing Specialist/Manager to join our team at Market Drayton.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare the group's central transfer pricing documentation, such as the Master File and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, and support the local tax departments with compliance matters such as intercompany agreements and benchmarking studies.
  • Review compliance with transfer pricing policies across the group and actively contribute to the optimisation and harmonisation of tax structures.
  • Drive forward the digitalisation of our function.
  • Define and implement methodologies for the entire range of our intra-group transactions.
  • Support tax audits worldwide and contribute to the avoidance of disputes with tax authorities.
  • Work together with other functions such as Treasury and Legal on challenging M&A projects.
  • Monitor national and international tax developments to determine their relevance to the Mller Group.

What you'll bring:

  • A university degree in law, business administration, economics or a related discipline, ideally with a specialisation in tax or finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the tax department of a multinational enterprise or in a tax advisory firm, giving you sound practical exposure to international tax law and transfer pricing.
  • Commercial acumen to further develop your understanding of supply chains and value drivers. Experience in the FMCG industry would be a plus.
  • Confidence in working with AI tools and SAP, or a strong interest in developing these skills further.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the Transfer Pricing team at our sites.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and effectively reach colleagues of different countries and backgrounds. German skills would be an advantage.
