Painter in Great Yarmouth

Paragon Resource Solutions are seeking a detail-oriented Painter in Great Yarmouth.

You will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your work will contribute to creating visually appealing environments for a commercial project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and deliver desired aesthetic results.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly throughout each project.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability, smoothness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to protect yourself and others on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to operate various painting tools and equipment confidently.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights, scaffolding, and handling hazardous materials is preferred.
