We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a state-of-the-art critical site in High Wycombe. Your Role As a core member of our engineering team, you will keep the site running smoothly and ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure. PPM & Reactive Care: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive building services repairs suited to your trade bias.
First-Line Response: Troubleshoot plant equipment faults and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Site Safety: Follow strict health and safety protocols to maintain high operational standards on a secure site.
On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rota (noting that actual site call-outs are historically minimal).
What We Are Looking For Trade Qualification: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in your respective field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, or Carpentry/Fabric).
Maintenance Experience: A solid background in commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
Environment Awareness: Experience working on critical sites (such as data centres, hospitals, or corporate hubs) is beneficial, but not essential.
Team Player: A reliable individual who communicates well and enjoys working as part of an established team.
