Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and deliver positive person-centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services? You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you'll be working: Colsterworth, Lincolnshire. We are looking for Support Workers for our Services in Colsterworth just 8 miles from Grantham. This is a unique service offering supported living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.

What is required from you?
