We are recruiting a Bar Supervisor for a highly regarded restaurant in Cumbria, offering an exciting opportunity to take responsibility within a quality-led operation and become an integral part of an experienced hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a quality restaurant, hotel, or bar environment and be confident supervising a team during busy service.

As Bar Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring excellent service, maintaining standards, and supporting the wider front-of-house team.

As Bar Supervisor you will:
Lead the bar team during service
Deliver knowledgeable and engaging guest service
Maintain excellent standards of drinks preparation and presentation
Assist with stock control, ordering, and bar organisation
Train and support junior members of the team
Ensure the bar is fully prepared for service
Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams
Help create a warm and memorable experience for every guest
You will be passionate about hospitality, organised, personable, and comfortable leading by example.

Good knowledge of drinks and a genuine interest in delivering excellent service are essential.
