Salary: £ 45,000 - £55,000 + Pension + Bonus + Development

My client is one of the worlds leading manufacturers within its field of glass process engineering and associated products supplying into a wide variety of industries, such as construction and automotive. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having plants in the UK, Europe, Asia, and America. The Goole site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

The Role
The successful candidate will be a maintenance supervisor ideally with a mechanical bias. Based within the maintenance & reliability operation the role is ideal for an experienced people leader & drives CI.
You will support & advanced the culture by helping individuals understand how they can create value & contribute to business success.
Work closely with operations, reliability, engineering & contractors you will identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, plant reliability & operational performance.
Ideally you will have experience leading a team, working within a manufacturing, industrial process, logistics environment, strong commitment to safety, proactive mindset, desire to learn.
Knowledge with CMMS systems and planning would be advantageous.
