QHSE Manager About the Company A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to drive continuous improvement across Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance.

The Role This is a full-time, site-based position.
The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards, promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Lead external certification and compliance audits.
Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance across all business processes.
Coordinate and review risk assessments with operational teams.
Implement corrective and preventative actions following audits and inspections.
Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
Promote a proactive QHSE culture through effective communication and employee engagement.
Provide expert advice and guidance on quality, health, safety and environmental matters.
Deliver QHSE training and support to employees at all levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and company procedures.
About You Experience managing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice.
Experience conducting accident and incident investigations.
Confident delivering QHSE training and coaching employees.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant QHSE qualifications and certifications.
Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments is desirable.
