We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chef to join our dedicated team at our care home in central Gloucester.

Our kitchen, thoughtfully designed by an award-winning chef, serves as the heart of our home, which provides 24-hour residential and dementia care for up to 102 elderly residents.

We are committed to creating a homely, safe, and sustainable environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

Our aim is to offer first-class cuisine that not only looks appealing and tastes delicious but also caters to the individual preferences and dietary needs of each resident.

Achieving this requires creativity, nutritional expertise, leadership, and a genuine interest in our residents' wellbeing.

In this role, you will assist in designing and planning menus, managing all aspects of the kitchen, and contributing to the cohesive functioning of our catering team.

As an Assistant Chef, you will be a valued and cherished part of our community, respected by residents, families, and staff alike.
