-Technical Solutions Architect -Remote, but must be based in Scotland -Daily Rate - £500 via umbrella -6 months initially -ASAP Start Brand new, long-term contract opportunity to the market for a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect, working on a large-scale project for our public sector client.

You will work on a long-term programme of work, designed to upgrade the current digital technology estate - with the anticipated length of this contract up to a maximum of 3 years.

This is a remote role; however, candidates must be based in Scotland due to the nature of the assignment.

Candidates must also be able to achieve and maintain NPPV3 and Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities: Undertake upgrades/decommissioning of unsupported applications across the IT estate Patching / Obsolescence Frameworks Build in Automation by implementing new tools Provide consultation on all non-functional, architecture, and design decisions.

Ensure enterprise architecture is developed consistently and aligned across projects and programmes.

Lead solution architecture activities Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers Ability to translates business requirements into technical options Act as Technical Design Authority and provides architectural governance and oversight Ensure solutions meet business needs and transition smoothly into production.

Evaluate new technologies and provide architectural recommendations.
