SHE Lead Advisor – Night Shift

Client: BAE Systems
Nightshift (Monday Night - Thursday Night)
Site/Locations - Govan
Duration - 12 Months
Working hours/pattern - Full onsite
Rate - £25.73 PAYE + night increase
Security - BPSS only
Inside/Outside IR35 - Inside

We're looking for an experienced SHE professional to join our team and help drive safety, health, and environmental excellence across our Naval Ships business.

You'll partner with line leaders to deliver SHE objectives, provide expert advice, and support the implementation of management systems and improvement initiatives.

Working across sites, you'll play a key role in strengthening a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

What you'll bring:
Strong SHE background with solid knowledge of standards (e. g.

ISO45001/14001)
Experience influencing stakeholders and driving improvement
Proven ability in risk management, audits, and incident investigation
Relevant Level 5+ SHE qualification (e. g.

NEBOSH Diploma)
Chartered status (desirable)
